Terms of Service — MarketStar

Welcome to MarketStar (a part of Jupiter Futures). By subscribing to or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before completing a subscription or accessing our content.

1. Nature of Service

  • MarketStar publishes market research on commodity futures (Crude Oil, Natural Gas, Gold, Silver).

  • All Market Research information is shared through Google Sheets, research posts, and educational materials.

  • All Subscribers receive the same information. We are a publisher of Market Research.

  • MarketStar.us is not a brokerage or investment-advisory firm.

  • We do not manage or execute trades for subscribers.

  • We do not have any access or visibility into the capital or the trading accounts of our subscribers.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to subscribe. You are solely responsible for ensuring that use of this service is permitted under the laws of your country or jurisdiction.

3. Subscriptions and Fees

  • Quarterly Plan (USD 297 / INR 15,000) – access for 3 months.

  • Yearly Plan (USD 997 / INR 50,000) – access for 12 months.

  • Early-bird discounts available to the first 100 subscribers.

  • All fees are payable in advance through our designated payment gateway. Prices are subject to change; existing subscribers retain access for the period already paid.

4. Access and Delivery

  • After successful payment, subscribers will receive Google Sheet access within 24-48 hours.

  • Access is personal and non-transferable.  We reserve the right to revoke access if misuse, sharing, or redistribution of our content is detected.

5. Renewals and Cancellations

  • Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless clearly stated on the checkout page. You may renew manually before expiry.

  • Because content is delivered digitally, no cancellations or refunds are permitted once access is granted.

6. Use of Content

  • All research and data are for educational and informational purposes only.

  • Subscribers may not copy, publish, resell, or distribute MarketStar Research content in any form.  Violations may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

7. Not Investment Advice

  • All information is general market research, not personalized investment advice.

  • MarketStar.us and its affiliates are not registered investment advisors with SEBI, SEC, CFTC, or any other authority.

  • Trading decisions and outcomes are entirely the responsibility of the subscriber.

8. Market Risk

  • Market Risk is constantly present in all forms of trading.

  • Commodity futures trading carries substantial risk of loss.

  • Past results do not guarantee future performance.

  • Subscribers must use their own judgment and risk-management practices.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All documents, images, text, and data are copyright © Jupiter Futures

  • You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view our research during your subscription period.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • MarketStar Research, its founders, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from use of our content.

  • By subscribing, you agree to hold MarketStar Research (part of Jupiter Futures) harmless from all claims related to your trading activity.

11. Modifications to Service

We may update, suspend, or modify the service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the UK. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in London, UK unless otherwise required by law.

India Commodity Markets (MCX)

Quarterly Plan

  • INR 15,000  – access for 3 months (first 100 subscribers)
  • Standard Rate: INR 19,500 for 3 months (after 100 subscribers)

Yearly Plan

  • INR 50,000 — access for 1 year (first 100 subscribers)
  • Standard Rate: INR 1 lakh for 12 months (after 100 subscribers)

Please Note: Early subscribers lock in the lowest fees. Pricing will change to Standard Rate for new subscribers after the first 100 seats are filled.

How to Subscribe

  1. Please email  jupiterfutures@gmail.com with your chosen plan (Global USD or MCX INR) and timeframe. Please also share your full name, and your gmail id (for access to Google Sheets).

  2. For Global commodity markets USD subscription. we’ll email you a secure PayPal payment link. For MCX INR subscription, we will share our UPI details for INR payment.

  3. After payment confirmation, you will receive Google Sheet access within 24-48 hours.

Upgrades, Renewals, Access, and Support

  • You can upgrade from Monthly → Quarterly → Yearly anytime (pay the difference on the prevailing rates).

  • Subscription plans do not auto-renew automatically. We will contact you for renewal with an email near the end of your subscription plan.

  • Google Sheets Dashboard access is personal and non-transferable; sharing/redistribution is prohibited.

  • Subscriptions are non-refundable once access is granted (digital service).
